About the tool
NOVA Publisher is a locally operated tool for organizing video files, content profiles, platform connections, and publishing jobs. It is currently in testing and is not offered as a public hosted service.
Your accounts and content
You choose which platform accounts to connect and which videos to upload. You must have the rights to the videos, music, images, and other material you submit. You remain responsible for reviewing titles, descriptions, audience settings, disclosures, and the final post before publishing.
Platform actions
A YouTube scheduling request uploads the video to YouTube immediately and asks YouTube to publish it at the selected time. A TikTok Draft upload sends the video to TikTok for further editing; the account owner must complete publishing in TikTok. NOVA Publisher cannot guarantee that either platform will accept or publish a video.
Platform rules and availability
Use of YouTube and TikTok remains subject to each platform's own terms and policies. Do not upload content that violates those rules or applicable law. Features may change, and uploads can fail because of local files, network conditions, or platform API limits. Check the publishing queue and the destination platform before retrying an uncertain upload.
